Fred David Grenz, born September 18, 1919, in Twin Falls, ID to Fred Carl and Stella Bess Grenz; passed away peacefully at his home in Taylorsville, Utah on January 7, 2009, surrounded by loving family and friends. 


He leaves behind: Bonnie, his wife of 60 years; children, Bunny, Mitzi (Val), Andy (Karen), and Harley (Yvonne); 24 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by: parents; two brothers; one sister; son-in-law, Jim; granddaughter, Nikki Lynn and great-grand-daughter, Amanda.


Funeral Services will be held on January 21, 2009 at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road at 2 p.m. A viewing will be held on January 20, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. and one hour prior to the services. 
Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery.

Beatrice L. Morris Grenz, "Bonnie" was born on Jan 15, 1927 in Graysville, Ohio, on a cold and snowy day, delivered by an old horse and buggy doctor. She married Fred David Grenz on August 1, 1948 in Twin Falls, ID. She worked in the trucking industry for many years, retired from Motor Cargo only to begin another career as a greeter at Walmart. She belonged to the Moose Lodge, graduating as a Deputy Grand Regent and was an avid bowler. Bonnie leaves behind 4 children; Bunny Sabey (Jim - deceased), Mitzi Fuller (Val), Andy Grenz (Karen), Harley (Bill) Grenz (Yvonne), 26 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren along with other family members Debbie and Victor Homma and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by husband, parents, grandparents, 2 brothers, one son-in-law, 2 granddaughters and 1 great granddaughter. Bonnie returned to her Heavenly Father on Feb. 1, 2016. She was loved deeply and will be very missed by all who knew her. A viewing will be held Friday Feb. 12 from 6-8 pm. Services will be held Sat. Feb 13 at 11 AM, with a viewing 1 hour prior to services. All services will be located at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah
