* Henry was born and raised on the family farm, where he worked until 1937. He worked in the CCC's from 1937 to 1939 at Kramer, ND. During WWII, Henry served in the US Air Force from 1942-1945 in the South Pacific. He married Regina in 1946, and they purchased a farm, which they still operate.
