Obituary

Died at United Hospital in Grand Forks.  Funeral at First Congregational Church, United Church of Christ in Jamestown.  Internment Medina Cemetery and Haut Funeral Home in charge.  Attended local rural schools and worked on the family farm in Germania township in Stutsman County.  After marriage lived on his parents' farm, then moved to a farm south of Cleveland.  In fall of 1944, moved to a farm southwest of Medina where they lived for 23 years.  In the fall of 1967, They moved into Jamestown where he was employed with Northern Pacific Railroad.  In 1969, he began employment with the North Dakota State Hospital, a position he held until March 1982, when he retired.
