The Rev. Linda L.
Grenz has served the Church in a number of roles since
her ordination in 1977. She is currently an Assisting
Priest at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City,
after a twelve year career as Publisher and CEO of
LeaderResources, a consulting and publishing
organization serving the Episcopal Church. Prior to
her founding LeaderResources, Linda taught at the
General Theological Seminary, was the national staff
officer for adult education, lay ministry and
leadership development for the Episcopal Church, and
served in a number of churches in Massachusetts, New
Jersey, Delaware. Linda holds a BA from
Westmar
College,
a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School, and a Master of Divinity from
Episcopal Divinity School, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Raised on a farm in
South Dakota, she is ready for the cold winters and long
distances to travel in
Maine. |
Linda is married to Delbert (Del) Glover, a retired
DuPont business executive who is the Chief Administrative
Officer at the Riverside Church in New York City, with
responsibilities similar to positions he previously had at
Trinity Church Wall Street and as Associate Dean at The
General Theological Seminary. Del is a member of Executive
Council and the father of two sons: Christopher, a teacher
at St. Patrick's Episcopal School, Washington DC and
Jonathan, a lawyer in Philadelphia. |

Linda
loves anything related to food -- she is a gourmet cook,
reads cookbooks, watches cooking shows and enjoys
inventing interesting recipes of her own. She relaxes by
meditating, walking, reading and, believe it or not, going
for car rides in the countryside! Linda also enjoys
architecture -- she designed the home they built in
Northampton, MA and would love to help design a church
someday. |

Linda received the tractor as a birthday
gift from Del. She's really good at digging ditches,
clearing snow or hauling rocks with the front end loader.
Del usually commandeers it to mow the meadow. |
