AUNT ESTHER
Aunt
Esther is ninety-two
And there’s not much she
cannot do-
Cooking, baking, crafting,
sewing-
She just keeps on going and
going!
At her
church you’ll often find her
Praying or singing in the
choir
At LWML and Bible class,
If asked to serve she
answers:”Yes.”
Aunt
Esther grew up on a farm
Where hard work did her no
harm.
She cared for Grandma Antonie,
Then, in Oshkosh, became a
nanny.
She
was courted by a young man, Ted.
Soon at the altar they were
wed.
They bought a farm, raised
their family-
Sharon, Nancy, and Beverly.
When
retired, a move to town they made.
She trained to be a CNA
At Shawano Hospital she found
employment
And it was there ten years she
spent.
For
more than fifty years they were one in heart.
Then came time for them to
part.
To heaven Uncle Ted did go,
Which left her grieving here
below.
She
has a faith which just grows stronger
As her life keeps growing
longer.
She is a treasure like no
other.
I’m blest to have her as
godmother.

REST IN PEACE Aunt Esther is
with her Lord, Whom she loved, served, and adored.
Though her departure leaves us sad, We’re thankful
for the time with her we’ve had.
Died June 3,
2019
Laid to rest June 8, 2019
But I would not have
you ignorant concerning those who have fallen
asleep, so you may not grieve like those who have no
hope.
I Thessalonians 4:13
