Dawa and his wife and child, his aunt and two nieces,
and of course me.
Without Dawa,
this trip could not have been what it had become: a trip into
the life of the Nepali people. For that: his good humor,
his wisdom on the trail, the sharing of his knowledge of the people
and their land, and his cheerful willingness to take care of me, I
can only be eternally greatful.
